What we check on every refresh

  • Budget integrity

    Spend never exceeds approved budget. Funding allocations sum to project total.

  • Schedule realism

    Completion dates revised by more than ~90 days from baseline are flagged for documentation.

  • Required fields

    Project type, phase, contractor, architect, school, feeder, and description must all be present (or explicitly waived as TBD).

  • Pacing alerts

    Spend % running ahead of completion % by more than 10 points triggers a manual review.

  • Geographic accuracy

    School coordinates are verified against the GIS site survey.

  • Public-readability

    Project descriptions must meet a minimum length so parents and taxpayers see real context, not stub text.
